at grass root level is fundamentally important to innovate. The young brigade

Sharma explored the day long visit to the field.

The
student’s team learnt the nuances of producing the Mishri Mava and how he is
living the tradition of running traditional business. He has over 20 plants in
Padampura and he also sells his Mishri Mava Sweet to other states.
Student’s
team applied all quality assurance, operation management, and marketing fundas
on his business and gave him plenty of advice to make it more structured and
profit oriented unit, while keeping the traditional sweet alive. In the end,
they could not escape themselves from the eating of mouthwatering Mishri Mava.
